Last Chance for Forest Oaks

Hello Residents!

I am just letting you know that new construction is winding down to a close. Buffington Homes is currently building in the very last section of the community. This is the last chance to get a new home in Forest Oaks. We are building on nice, large 80' plus homesites with about 30' between neighbors. We have 2 scenic view greenbelts and one large cul-de-sac left as well as 4 inventory homes that can be moved into by end of Summer.

If you know of anyone who wants to move into Forest Oaks, please have them contact me. We are paying a referral bonus.
