Last Chance for Forest Oaks

Hello Residents!

I am just letting you know that new construction is winding down to a close. Buffington Homes is currently building in the very last section of the community. This is the last chance to get a new home in Forest Oaks. We are building on nice, large 80' plus homesites with about 30' between neighbors. We have 2 scenic view greenbelts and one large cul-de-sac left as well as 4 inventory homes that can be moved into by end of Summer.

Because of you, Buffington Homes has had a tremendous amount of success in this community. We sold to many of you who wanted to stay in the community but needed to a new home to accomodate changes in their life.
